Our services include Precision Contract Machining, Custom Manufacturing, Manual Machining, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, welding and assembly.

We specialize in close tolerance turning of small to medium size parts in a wide variety of materials. We can bar feed materials up to 3" in diameter and 12' in length. We machine everything from
aluminum to exotic metals. Quantities range from prototypes to high volume production runs.

Our machining area is second to none with over 30 networked CNC vertical, horizontal machining
centers with travels up to 100" to 120". Our diverse range of equipment is equipped with quick-range
fixturing, pallet changers and tombstone fixturing to maximize machine output.

Our manual and secondary equipment includes all types of grinding, gun drilling, fabrication, milling, turning, heat-treating, sandblasting and tumbling. At present, we support many of our customers with "Just-in-time" and "Kanban" programs, building parts to stock and shipping them on an as
needed basis.
